How to Login/Register?
You can easily find the links in the header for Login/Sign In and Register/Sign Up.
For registration, we need the basic information from the customer as per below.
For login, you need to enter your registered mobile number as per below.
After that, one OTP will be sent to your mobile and you can simply log in by entering the OTP.
How to Book Vehicle?
For this, you can see the Vehicle under the Products menu in the header as per below.
Once you click on the Vehicle name, you will be redirected to the particular Vehicle detail page where you will see the different variants. Please select them and click on the 'Proceed to Virtual Showroom' button.
How to Book Test Drive?
Once you book a vehicle, you will be redirected to the "Customer Journey" page where you will see the different tabs with the titles like Toyota Dealer, Test Drive, Exchange Car, etc. Please click on the "Test Drive" tab.
Once you reach on "Test Drive" tab, you will see the form and you have to simply click on the "Submit" button for an awesome test drive.
How to Select Dealer?
Once you book a vehicle, you will be redirected to the "Customer Journey" page where you will see the different tabs with titles like Toyota Dealer, Test Drive, Exchange Car, etc. Please click on the "Toyota Dealer" tab.
Once you reach on "Toyota Dealer" tab, you will see the form in which you can click on "Use Current Location" to automatically fetch a dealers list nearby you or you can manually find it by entering State and City.
How to explore the product in Virtual Showroom?
The Virtual Showroom is the best part of your booking process. Here, you can see your favorite Vehicle in 360 views as well as its exterior and interior. And yes, we are also giving you the day and night mode so you can even check your Vehicle in this.
You will find different action buttons on the right side. And you can change your Vehicle's variant by clicking on the "Configure" button placed at the bottom.
After clicking on the "Configure" button, you will see the filters and full list of Vehicle variants.
How to add Extended Warranty in Quotation/Order?
In the "Customer Journey" page, you will see the "Extended Warranty" tab over there. By clicking on the tab, you will see the list of Extended Warranty with detailed information. You need to just click on the "Add to Quotation" button over there.
How to add Smiles Plus in Quotation/Order?
In the "Customer Journey" tabs, you will see the "Smiles Plus" tab over there. By clicking on the tab, you will see the list of Smiles Plus with detailed information. You need to just click on the "Add to Quotation" button over there.
How to evaluate the price for a Used Car?
We also give you the facility to exchange car of your used car. For this, you will find the "Exchange Car" tab over there. By clicking on that tab, you will see a form for Online Car Valuation.
After filling in the information about your used car, please click on the "Search" button and you will get an approx valuation of your car.
How to book physical valuation for a Used Car?
Yes, the final valuation is done when a person checks the car physically. So for this, you can simply tell us when we can come to your home for the valuation of the car. For this, please click on the "Book Physical Valuation" button from the top right and fill out the form.

How to Amend order?
Yes, you can change the Vehicle's configuration after placing an order, too. For this, please go to the "My Orders" page through "My Account".
Please click on the "View" link of the particular order and the order detail page will show.
There, you will see the "Amend Order" link. Just click on that and you will have the Virtual Showroom to amend the order.
How to Cancel Order?
To cancel the order, please go to the "My Orders" page through "My Account". Please click on the "View" link of the particular order and the order detail page will show.
There, you will see the "Cancel Order" link. By clicking on that, you will see the popup. Please fill out the form to cancel the order.
How to Generate Quotation?
To Generate a quotation, please follow the below steps
- Step 1: Navigate to the Vehicle details page
- Step 2: Select the variant and Click on the button "Proceed to Virtual Showroom"
- Step 3: This will open the Virtual Showroom, and then Add the selected Vehicle variant to Quotation by clicking the button "Buy Online"
- Step 4: Then Select Dealer as mandatory
- Step 5: Then Add Accessories as an optional step
- Step 6: Then Add Extended Warranty and Smile Plus as an optional step
- Step 7: To View Quotation click on the "Quotation" tab or click on the "Cart" icon in the header
Step 1: Navigate to the Vehicle details page and select variant
Step 2: Select the variant and Click on the button "Proceed to Virtual Showroom"
Step 3: Add the Vehicle variant to Quotation
Step 4: Then Select Dealer as mandatory
Step 5: Then Add Accessories as an optional step
Step 6: Then Add Extended Warranty and Smile Plus as an optional step
Step 7: To View Quotation click on the "Quotation" tab or click on the "Cart" icon in the header

How to View Payment Receipt?
To view the Payment Receipt, please go to the "My Orders" page through "My Account". Please click on the "View" link of the particular order and the order detail page will show.
There, you will see the "Payment Receipt" link.
By click on that, you will see the popup. There will be link as "Print Receipt" and by click on it, you will have the receipt for print/download.
How to Make Down Payment?
To make a "Down Payment", please go to the "My Orders" page through "My Account". Please click on the "View" link of the particular order and the order detail page will show.
There, you will see the option to make a "Down Payment".
The "Down Payment" option will be only available when the vehicle is allocated to the order.
From the payment page, the customer has to note down the virtual account number and add the account number as the beneficiary to their bank, then the customer can transfer the "Down Payment" amount to the beneficiary account.
How to initiate Finance?
To initiate "Finance", please go to the "My Orders" page through "My Account". Please click on the "View" link of the particular order and the order detail page will show.
There, you will see the option to initiate "Finance"
